Who Are We Looking For?

We’re selecting a diverse group of masjids to join the MinaretCRM pilot program, ranging from newly established masjids just getting started to large, well-established masjids with years of experience. Our goal is to test the platform across different sizes and operational needs to ensure it works for all.

 FAQs

  • The pilot runs for about 23 weeks.

    • Weeks 1–6: Weekly calls to gather your goals, workflows, and requirements.

    • Weeks 7–18: Bi-weekly check-ins to share progress and walk through early demos.

    • Weeks 19–23: Hands-on testing where the team can use the platform and provide real-time feedback.

  • We ask participating masjids to:

    • Join scheduled calls and provide feedback

    • Assign a point of contact who is familiar with the day-to-day operations

    • Actively test the product during the final phase

    • Share honest input to help shape the platform

  • There is no cost to participate for selected masjids. We’re looking for partners who are invested in improving masjid operations through technology.

  • You’ll receive early access to the full product and will be eligible exclusive discounted pricing and support options. Most importantly, your input will directly shape how the platform serves masjids everywhere.
